THE VISION
PRAXIS fish feeds are the outcome of the long-term experience of K. Papakostas & Co. stockholders, as well as the contribution of a group of qualified scientists. The company’s expertise lies in Mediterranean and domestic aquaculture along with the aquaculture of brackish water fish.
PRAXIS has accomplished, through its R & D Department, to innovate in aquaculture valuing its customers’ needs since what counts is the best result.
BACKGROUND
2012
K. Papakostas & Co. is founded, with PRAXIS AQUACULTURE becoming the trade name. Its business activity initially is consulting services primarily to Fish Feed Industries.
2014
PRAXIS AQUACULTURE begins the production of its own fish feeds in ZOONOMI-ANIMAL FEED INDUSTRY located at Korinthos Greece.
2020
A cooperation with VAXA TECHNOLOGIES LTD located at Iceland is set up. PRAXIS becomes the distributor of microalgae into the markets of Greece and Cyprus.
2023
Furthermore, 4FISH SRL at Italy becomes the second industry to produce PRAXIS fish feeds.
OUR TEAM
Kostas Papakostas : General Manager
He has a Bachelor in Aquaculture & Fisheries and a Master’s Degree in Aquaculture. His experience in the marketing and production of fish feeds begins in 1993.
Dimitra Kapellaki : Financial Manager
She has a Bachelor in Οrganization and Βusiness Management with a specialization in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Auditing. She has been active professionally in the financial management of aquaculture since 2003.
Dimitris Ninos : Sales & Marketing
He is a graduate of the School of Aquaculture & Fisheries and has been professionally active in the sector of aquaculture since 1996, especially in areas such as the production of fish in breeding units, but also in the sales of fish feed and fry.
Manos Savvakis : Planning, Client Management & Logistics
He is α graduate of the Department of Agriculture, Ichthyology & Aquatic Environment and is currently attending classes for a master's degree in Mediterranean Aquaculture. He has been professionally active in the field of fish farming since 2016.
Marina – Lydia Mavrommati: Research and Development
She has a Bachelor in Animal Production, Agriculture & Aquaculture and a Master’s Degree in Mediterranean Aquaculture. Her experience in the sector of aquaculture begun in 2023.
Maria Vlahou: Accounting Assistant
She has studied Accounting & Finance and has been working in Accounting Departments since 2000.
